The club
Bowmen of the deans have been in existence since the early 1970's.
we are a small club (currently about 20 members) which promotes the sport of archery in the Forest of Dean. At present we are the only club in the Forest of Dean.
During the summer we meet at the King George V recreation ground, Coleford. During the winter months we meet at the Miners welfare hall in Cinderford.
The club was founded in 1973/4 and
we welcome people from all backgrounds and abilities, and from all age groups.
